Our Privacy Policy

The Association of the Miraculous Medal understands that our members are concerned about the information they provide to us, and how we treat that information. Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy Statement addresses those concerns.

The Association of the Miraculous Medal respects the privacy of our online visitors. We do not require any personal information from our visitors to view our site. We gather personal information only when visitors voluntarily and knowingly submit it. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the visitor’s domain name, but not the email address (where possible).

We do not collect or store credit card information, it is processed through a third party vendor, Authorize.net, a trusted payment platform and an industry leader. Its privacy policies can be reviewed at https://www.authorize.net. We encrypt all of the data on our site with SSL technology to protect your data. Please do not send any of your credit card data or sensitive data through email.
Media

We may use cookies to store members’ preferences, record session information (e.g., items that members add to their shopping cart), record user-specific information on what pages a viewer accesses or visits.

Our site collect/collects data related to targeted advertising and the behavior demonstrated by end users on advertiser websites. Data is converted into obfuscated audience lists from which individual identities cannot be determined by Third-Party vendors. Specifically, collected data is cookie data which our/the DSP platforms process, creating audiences and attributing actions to specific ad campaigns. Data is stored in vetted third-party platforms which facilitate the collection of this data through secured tags. These platforms all conform to necessary data privacy laws, and allow for the exercising of all rights of data subjects. Lastly, platforms that allow for user-level tracking do so only through data gathered with proper consent, and obscure any form of user identification.
