Letter from a Second Grade Teacher, November, 2013

Dear Father,

I was thinking about doing a travelling Rosary Kit for my second grade class. I read about your Pilgrim Rosary Kit (Bring Mary to Kids program) which prompted me to go ahead and try this with my class. Last Sunday, our Pastor came into our classroom and blessed the kit with all the elements placed on the desk. My class is very excited about the idea and they can't wait to start praying the rosary. They excite and motivate me to stay true to the beautiful rosary mysteries. Our Blessed Mother wants all of us to come to her Son Jesus. She wants us to pray for peace and love in our world. After our morning class, I later heard about Pope Francis passing out the "59 pills for the heart" in St. Peter's Square. Once again, I do not believe it is a coincidence that he promoted praying the rosary on the same day we started our "Pilgrim Rosary Kit." God IS good all the time. Thank you for your love and dedication to Our Blessed Mother. Peace and Thanks.

Letter from the Diocese of Springfield--Cape Girardeau, July 2013

To Whom, It May Concern,

I would like to thank the Miraculous Medal Gift Shop for its generous donation of 150 Miraculous Medals to Camp Re-NEW-All to be used at our Camp St. Vincent sight in Fredericktown, MO. The camp program would not be the success that it is without the generosity of donors like you.

As you may know, Camp Re-NEW-All has operated for over 39 years as a faith-based camp where Catholic children and young people have an opportunity to learn about God, themselves, and what it means to be Catholic.  Each year our camps accommodate around 800 participants (young people and adult staff).  We place a strong importance on liturgy, specifically the Mass, and building the faith in our youth.

Your generosity to the youth of our area is greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
T.C.
Coordinator of Youth Ministry

From the Vatican, July 2013

Dear AMM,

His Holiness Pope Francis has asked me to acknowledge the message of good wishes which you sent to him on behalf of the Association of the Miraculous Medal in Perryville following his election to the See of Peter.  He is grateful for the devoted sentiment which you expressed, and he thanks you for your support of your prayers as he begins his ministry as Universal Pastor of the Church.

Assuring you of a remembrance in his own prayers, the Holy Father cordially imparts his Apostolic Blessing as a pledge of joy and peace in the Lord.

Your sincerely,
Monsignor P.B.W.
